He graduated from the Royal Veterinary College (London) in 1996, and has decades of experience in veterinary science and livestock production.

His focus areas include animal health, production diagnostics, disease control, and advising farmers on how to manage livestock to increase herd size and productivity.

Mr. Gilbert Sesinyi

Registered Land Surveyor & Land Rights Activist

Known for his work in land usage rights, helping people understand how land policy, usage, rights, and survey issues can unlock value; also speaks publicly about land as wealth.

He will speak on "Unlocking the Value of Your Land through Usage, Rights & Policy."

Expect content that helps farmers understand: how to formalise land rights, how to survey and register land, land use planning, policy changes, and how good land administration leads to economic empowerment.

He will address how land rights interact with financing, ownership disputes, and usage rights.

Dr. Edwin Gorataone Dikoloti

Acting Minister of Lands & Agriculture

Dr. Dikoloti is a trained veterinary surgeon with experience both in the private sector and in public policy related to agriculture, animal health, food production, and land/agricultural development.

He was appointed Assistant/Acting Minister of Lands & Agriculture in November 2024.

He will bring national perspective on agriculture policy, land management, climate resilience, and how government supports farmers.
